Orders can be changed or cancelled as long as they have not been dispatched. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at info@fragrancemilking.ca with your order number and the changes you'd like to make.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Canada: 2 to 12 business days via Canada Post's untracked lettermail.
  • United States: Delivery times vary; tracking number provided with Canada Post's TrackedPacket.
  • Europe: Delivery times vary; tracking number provided with Canada Post's
