At Fragrance Milking Factory, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our fragrance samples. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no refund or exchange policy. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and exclusivity of our fragrance samples, as well as to maintain hygiene and customer safety.

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it has been dispatched. Orders that have not yet been dispatched are eligible for cancellation and a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@fragrancemilking.ca. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Problems with Your Order

We strive for excellence in every order; however, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@fragrancemilking.ca. Please include your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photographs.

Upon receiving your complaint, we will conduct a thorough investigation and reach out with a resolution as swiftly as possible. While we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will endeavor to resolve any issues in a manner that is fair and reasonable.
