Refund policy

At Fragrance Milking Factory, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our fragrance samples. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of fragrance samples, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges after an order has been dispatched. This restriction does not apply to products that arrive damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered.

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it has been dispatched. Orders that have not yet been dispatched are eligible for cancellation and a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@fragrancemilking.ca. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at info@fragrancemilking.ca within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit or refund to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection legislation.
