At Fragrance Milking Factory, we are committed to delivering our unique fragrance samples to you in a timely and efficient manner. Below are the details of our shipping policy to ensure you have all the information you need regarding the dispatch and delivery of your order.

Dispatch Time

  • Our dispatch time is 4 to 7 business days from the date of your order. This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare and package your selected fragrance samples with the utmost care and attention.

Shipping within Canada

  • For orders shipped within Canada, we utilize Canada Post's untracked lettermail service. This method helps us keep shipping costs down for our customers while ensuring your order arrives directly to your mailbox.
  • Delivery Time: Please allow 4 to 12 business days for delivery after your order has been dispatched. The wide range in delivery times accounts for variations in distance, postal volumes, and processing times by Canada Post
  • Missing Order: Please reach out to us if your order has not arrived. We can not provide a refund or reshipment for lost orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping to the United States

  • For orders shipped to the United States, we use Canada Post's Tracked Packet service. This option provides both of us with the peace of mind that comes from being able to track the journey of your package from our facility to your doorstep.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. This number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment on the Canada Post website.
  • Delivery Time: While exact delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, you can generally expect your order to arrive within the service standard for Tracked Packet deliveries to the United States.
