Shipping Policy
Fragrance Milking Factory ships fragrance samples from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The available shipping services, costs and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout based on the destination.
Order Preparation
Orders are prepared for dispatch within approximately 2–7 business days after being placed. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched and do not include order preparation time.
Shipping Within Canada
Customers may select from the shipping options available for their address at checkout.

Canada Post Untracked Lettermail: This economical option does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Estimated delivery is approximately 2–14 business days after dispatch.

Chit Chats Tracked: This option includes tracking. Estimated delivery is approximately 2–8 business days after dispatch.

Canada Post Expedited Parcel: This option includes tracking. The applicable price and estimated delivery timeframe are calculated at checkout.
Shipping confirmation is sent by email after an order has been dispatched. A tracking number is included when a tracked service is selected.
If an order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@fragrancemilking.ca. Untracked lettermail does not provide transit scans or delivery confirmation, but we will review reported delivery issues individually.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot provide a refund or replacement when an order is delivered incorrectly or returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.
Shipping to the United States
Orders shipped to the United States use a tracked shipping service. The shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe are displayed at checkout. All duties and customs fees are calculated at checkout.
Tracking information is sent by email after the order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Available destinations, shipping services, costs and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.
International shipments include tracking where available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country. Customs processing may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimate.
Delays and Delivery Estimates
All preparation and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, postal disruptions, customs processing, peak shipping periods or other circumstances outside our control.
